Privacy Policy
Last updated: 9 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data Ikkurthi Group LLP ("we", "us") collects through ikkurthigroup.com and 0mni.in, and through our Green Thumb products 0mni and K-la, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We offer our services to businesses in India, and we do not offer them to, or direct our marketing at, people in the European Union, the United Kingdom or the United States.
Who we are. Ikkurthi Group LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India (LLPIN ACZ-2241), My Home Krishe, Financial District, Gachibowli, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Green Thumb is our brand. Contact: admin@thegreenthumb.co.in · +91 99082 99957.
1. What we collect
When you use ikkurthigroup.com: nothing. The site has no forms, no sign-in, no analytics and no cookies. If you email or message us, we receive what you send.
When you use 0mni.in:
| Where | What we collect |
|---|
| Contact form | work email, name, company, phone, what you sell, what you need, your message |
| Opportunities form | your company's name, website and email; your name, designation and phone; target geography, revenue band, industry, expected time to close; your do's and don'ts; any file you upload; and whether you ticked the box asking us to treat it as confidential |
| App sign-in and set-up | today the app runs in your browser: your email, set-up answers and search progress are kept only in your own browser's storage, and your password is not read, sent or stored. Nothing from the app reaches us. You can remove it by clearing your browser's data for 0mni.in. |
| Cookies | we set none |
When you send the contact or opportunities form, we also receive the fact that you ticked the "I agree" box.
Passwords are sensitive personal data under the IT Rules, 2011. If a future version of the app sends sign-in details to us, we will ask for your consent and update this policy before it does.
We do not run analytics today. If we add them, we will use a privacy-friendly tool that sets no cookies, and update this policy first.
2. Why we use it
- to reply to you and send you the opportunities you asked for;
- to set up and run your 0mni account and searches;
- to keep our websites and products secure and working;
- to meet our legal obligations.
By ticking the "I agree" box and sending a form, you consent to our use of those details for these purposes and to their transfer to the service providers in section 4, some of whose servers are outside India. You can withdraw your consent as set out in section 7. We use your data only for the purpose you gave it for. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.
3. Business contacts in our research
0mni helps businesses find likely buyers. To do this we use publicly available business information about companies and the people who work there, such as a name, role, work contact details and public professional statements. Personal data that the person themselves made publicly available, or that someone was required by Indian law to make public (for example, in a company's statutory filings), is outside the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We still use it only for business-to-business sales for each customer's own business, keep it no longer than needed, and remove a person's details if they ask us to (see "Your rights" below).
4. Who we share it with
Only with service providers who help us run our services, who process it only on our instructions and under terms that require them to protect it and keep it confidential:
- our website host and its form service (Netlify), whose servers may be outside India;
- our email service provider;
- our product hosting, in Mumbai, India.
We may also disclose data where the law requires it, to a government agency authorised by law, or to protect our legal rights. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not publish it without your consent.
5. How we protect it
We follow reasonable security practices under section 43A of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the IT (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011. Access to your data is limited to the people who need it, and our sites are served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS). No system is perfectly secure. Where the law requires, we will tell you and the authorities about a breach that affects your personal data.
6. How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it for the purpose you gave it, or as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete it sooner, and we will unless the law requires us to keep it.
7. Your rights
You can:
- ask what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- ask us to correct, complete or update it;
- ask us to erase it, unless the law requires us to keep it;
- withdraw your consent at any time — this does not affect what we did before, but we may no longer be able to provide the service;
- nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you die or become unable to;
- complain to us, and if you are not satisfied, to the Data Protection Board of India.
Write to admin@thegreenthumb.co.in. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, so that no one else can act on your data. We will reply as soon as we can, and within the time the law requires; complaints to our Grievance Officer are handled within the times in section 8.
8. Grievance Officer
Swapnesh Ikkurthi, Designated Partner
admin@thegreenthumb.co.in · +91 99082 99957
We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month.
9. Changes
We will post any change on this page with a new date. If a change affects how we use data you already gave us, we will tell you before it applies. This policy explains our practices; it gives no rights beyond those the law gives.
Terms of Use
Last updated: 9 October 2026
These terms are a contract between you and Ikkurthi Group LLP, which runs 0mni.in and the 0mni app under the brand Green Thumb ("we", "us"). Our forms carry an unticked "I agree" box and cannot be sent until it is ticked; you accept these terms when you tick it on any of our forms, including the app's sign-in form. Every deliverable we send carries a notice that it is provided under these terms; using a deliverable after seeing that notice is also acceptance. If you act for a company, you confirm you may accept these terms for it, and "you" means that company.
1. Words we use
- Deliverables: everything we give you — opportunities, lead lists, reports, dossiers, scores, rankings, messages, decks and any free sample — in any form.
- Authorised users: your own employees who need the deliverables for your business.
2. What we offer
0mni is a business-to-business sales intelligence service. It suggests companies that may need what you sell and people to approach. It is offered to businesses in India; if you use it from anywhere else, you are responsible for following the laws of that place. K-la, our sales-training product, is not yet available; its own terms will be published when it launches.
3. The free opportunities offer
We may give you a free sample of opportunities. The sample is a deliverable: these terms apply to it in full. It is for your own evaluation, may be withdrawn or changed at any time, and creates no other obligation on you or us.
4. No promise of results
Our deliverables are researched judgements, not guarantees. We do not promise that any company will buy, reply or meet you, or that any information is complete or current. You decide whether and how to act on it.
5. Your account
Today the app runs in your own browser and we hold no sign-in details. If we offer accounts, keep your sign-in details secret and tell us at once if you think someone else has used them; you are responsible for activity under your account, and we may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
6. What you give us
You confirm that what you send us — forms, files and target lists — is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You keep ownership of it and let us use it only to provide our service to you. We treat files you mark confidential as confidential. If you send us suggestions or feedback, you give us a free, permanent, worldwide licence to use, adapt and build on them.
7. Our intellectual property
We own the sites, the app and every deliverable, including all copyright in them as works and as compilations. Our methods, know-how, sources and scoring are our trade secrets: they stay ours, and nothing we deliver gives you any right in them. 0mni, K-la and Green Thumb are our trade marks; you may not use them without our written permission. You get only the licence in section 8; every other right stays with us.
8. Your licence to use deliverables
We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to let your authorised users use the deliverables for your own business sales, for the purpose they were prepared for. A free sample may be used only to evaluate our service. We may end the licence if you break these terms. We may check that these terms are being followed through the identifying marks on deliverables and through anything that reaches us when you use our sites, forms and services.
9. What you must not do
You must not, and you must take reasonable steps to make sure your authorised users do not:
- sell, share, publish, forward or otherwise give deliverables to anyone outside your authorised users;
- use deliverables for the benefit of anyone other than your own business;
- use our sites, app or deliverables to develop, improve or inform any product or service similar to or competing with ours;
- copy, scrape, bulk-download, decompile or reverse-engineer our sites or app, or try to work out how we research, select or score;
- use our sites, app or deliverables to train, fine-tune or test any AI model, or to build any dataset;
- remove or hide any notice, label or identifying mark on a deliverable;
- try to break, overload or get around the security of our systems.
When you contact people we suggest, you must follow the law that applies where you are and where that person is, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and any privacy, anti-spam or telemarketing laws. You alone decide whom you contact and how.
10. Confidentiality and marks
Deliverables are our confidential information. Keep them confidential with at least the care you give your own confidential information. This duty lasts while you hold them and for three years after; for anything that reveals our methods, sources or scoring, it lasts for as long as that information stays confidential. Deliverables may carry marks that identify who received them, and we may use those marks to trace where a copy came from. On request, you will confirm in writing that you are following these terms, and when a licence ends you will delete the deliverables it covered and confirm that in writing.
11. Remedies for misuse
Misuse of our deliverables or intellectual property can cause us harm that money alone cannot repair. If you break section 7, 9 or 10, we may seek an injunction as well as damages. If you break section 6, 7, 9 or 10, you will compensate us for the loss that breach causes us, including reasonable legal costs. You will also compensate us for any third-party claim, and any loss and reasonable legal costs that arise from how you or your authorised users contact people we suggest or use information about them, or from the files and information you give us, except to the extent it arises from our own breach of these terms or of our Privacy Policy.
12. Paid services
Paid plans, prices and deliverables are agreed in a separate order or proposal. If that document conflicts with these terms, that document wins only on price, scope, quantity and timing; sections 6 to 11, 13 and 18 apply unless that document changes them expressly.
13. Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows:
- our services are provided "as is";
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost deals or lost data;
- our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or ₹10,000 if you paid nothing.
Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as liability for fraud or wilful misconduct. These limits do not reduce what you owe us under sections 10 and 11.
14. Ending use
You can stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms. Sections 4, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 13, 17 and 18 continue after that.
15. Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date. For an important change we will ask you to accept the new terms, for example by ticking "I agree" again. If you do not accept, you may stop using the services, and the terms you accepted earlier continue to apply to what you already received.
16. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as outages of the services we rely on, natural events or government action.
17. If part of these terms fails
If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, that part is limited to the extent needed and the rest continues to apply.
18. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
